COMPOSITION This hamper has been prepared for those wishing to offer a high class tasting session from the south west France to someone dear, or to surprise a client. The hamper contains a red wine vinegar from Laurent Agnès matured with real Raspberries in an oak keg for many months. The equally excellent Hazelnut oil, made by a local producer will accompany all salad and add flavour with its subtle perfume. One of our best local products: Goose Rillettes will be highly appreciated with a country loaf all by itself. Included in the hamper is a " Terrine de Sanglier " or Boar Pâté 200g from the south west, taste and compare, to eat at its best with a gherkin on a freshly baked baguette, hmmm! Here is some genuine melon, pear and ginger Jam along with an award winning claret wine "Château Cajus Clairet", an organic wine produced in the Entre Deux Mers region of Bordeaux tops up the excellent nature of this composition.
